One Pink Post

I dedicated this post for the gorgeously color, Pink.
Honestly I don't love pink that much, i mean not like anyone who must have their favorite color on everything. Its nearly beginning of 2nd semester of univ. Even though its such a super short holiday but I had a pretty fun 2 weeks. Baked cupcakes, try new recipes, shopping and shopping not for myself, got new fabrics which mean new custom clothes for me *wink. And spending my time with my best best friends and family. So here it goe the pictures. Enjoy!

Homemade redvelvet with dip cream cheese
(yea it the cream was failing but it taste good, so i turn it into dip)

PS: This post has been postpone for so long, I haven't got any chance for blogging in the entire semester 2  :D

Freedom

For the past fourteen years finally i graduate from high school! I'm so glad i can finished it beautifully (yes i mean beautiful). All the memories, fun, struggle, and lots of things going on in my high school life and it was beautiful at the end.
Anyway last week was awesome! I found out that i pass my high-school and i pass my TOEFL score for the Uni. Conclusion that God always hears our pray and i couldn't do withought Him.
At the end of the week I went to SG to celebrate it with my mom and sis. We don't do much photo-shoot, but we kinda shopping mode there. We also went to blueprint event at marina and met miss Diana Rikasari, apparently she also participate at that event. Well here comes the picture. It was nice meeting her even i don't talk too much with her.

and here is a illustration of her....

That pretty much what we've spend in sg.
The Holiday is in the air right now and I'm not going anywhere else outside this countries, i do cooking baking and dvd marathon(ing) and sleeping as long as i like. Love every moment(seriously) after all the hard work.

Multiple choice

We as woman never satisfied with our closet, after spending for clothes and the next few months we need more of them. Especially when you in a rush going to meet your friend will you have time digging up all of clothes? i bet not! same with me. It's annoy me when i have to going somewhere with a limited time to prepare.
Here's a little tips for you:
First, If you have a spare time at home doing nothing try to look back at your closet try to mix it up but don't push yourself too much just have fun doing it.
Second, take your camera and shoot a few shot that you had mix. For your guide when you need it.
Third, organize your closet according type, and for your fav put it reachable.
Fourth, Read magazine and others fashion website for some mix ideas.
closet must have: a basic tank top, one cool blazer, black stocking, a basic colour skirt, and one comfy skinny pants.

last word, you are ready gone fabulous
Hope it will help ya!

JFW: Mazda Presents Young Vibrant Designers

After longing the chance to watch this year Jakarta Fashion Week, I've finally got two free invitations from FashioneseDaily, yeay!!
Later I found out that one of the designer participated in the show is my old school friend, Anastasia Heong. She offered me another three invitations so I could bring Jess, Ni, our mom and a friend to come along. Double yeay!!
Since this is our first time watching live fashion show, we were super excited, we even follow the dresscode, Stylishly Green :-D
Posing before the show, in green dresscode in front of Mazda Stylish Corner :)

So here's the review of the fashion show:
1. Anastasia Heong's collection
Her designs are the most wearable items during the fashion show, combining cream and red with unusual details. The clothes presented are mostly cocktail dress and have feminine and oriental touch.
Anastasia's collection and the designer herself (second photo, on the left)

2. Zacky's collection
His design are mostly black and white with lots of drappery. The models even wore black or white veil! I've found the idea was very out of the box, because it surprised the audience.
Zacky's collection, the designer is the man in the second photo

3. Stephen's collection
I've just found out that he never studied fashion in formal education, but his design is fabulous. More variety, from short dresses to couture dresses. He got the most feedback from the audience during the show.
Stephen Huang's and his collection

Well, hope that these guys can be the next famous Indonesian designer through the years, thanks to Mazda :-D See you in the next Jakarta Fashion Week, then :)

me do sketching

I have a good time when I scroll over my mouse over the fashion bloggers these couple year, and through my wooden pencil and white paper and some knowledge from the fashion illustration course that i did last year.I have sketched some of fashion icon and influence. and not forget fashion bloggers. Who have been so stylist and dedicated themselves to encourage others to get more and more information about fashion, mode, style. Now i have a few of the sketches.
I know some others bloggers may have doing the same as i do but I'm not trying to copying them. I just do it for my sketch practice.
Okay enough for the explanation so here it is the first sketch that I'm going to share...

#Michelle Koesnadi from glistersandblisters.com

She has her own style on building up her own blog among so many fashion bloggers arround the world.. I like how she mix up her clothes, simple and no pressure.
For more about her you can visit her blog .

ps: me an amateur sketcher :p please mind the unperfect. and i wanna hear some advice from you guys:)

Balagan - Cirque of the World

Last night, we watched the Balagan, performed by Cirque of the World.
What I love about the circus is they combined acrobatic performance with theatrical concept.
Here is the pictures (I only took few pictures, since bringing professional camera is actually forbidden, but I managed to pass the security, though, yippie!)

*Sorry for the blurry photos in two latest pics*
The performances are quite funny, exciting and some even are breathtaking. Too bad it is too pricey. We took photos afterward.

Ni: Black and white lace shirt-suzuya, cream bag-RAOL,office pants-unbranded.

Classy-Futuristic

There is nothing old for fashion, as we know the older the better because those years effect our present so widely, from jumpsuits, oversized shirt, acidwashed, collar shirts, gladiator shoes.
Apart from the circulating trend of fashion, how about trying to invent some "Avant Garde" fashion trend rather than returning to the oldies' looks?

Well, can I call it "Classy-Futuristic"?
So, let's share your thoughts about my looks and I'd be excited if you could show me your "Avant Garde" looks :)

Ni

ps: (quoting from wikipedia)
Avant-garde (French pronunciation: [avɑ̃ɡaʁd]) means "advance guard" or "vanguard".[1] The adjective form is used in English, to refer to people or works that are experimental or innovative, particularly with respect to art, culture, and politics.

couture

Last saturday i went to Harry Darsono couture museum, and being guided by the man himself. It is an honor to meet him. He has a story behind his success that i couldn't even imagine how. When he was a child he was d
iagnosed with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder). To control his sickness he used to sketch and weave for hours. It made him settle down. So when he was older he has so many sketches. He made dresses for opera, for Princesses, for queens and other important person. For more stories about him click
